Sparkle & Shine uses a hands on approach for the training and management of its employees. All employees are trained on site by an experienced supervisor, and all employees have 24-hour access to their supervisor. We utilize an automated clock in and out system allowing us to monitor when our employees arrive and leave your location. If an employee is not clocked in by a set time we dispatch an on-call supervisor to perform the services thus ensuring no building experiences an outage. Sparkle & Shine take an active approach to customer satisfaction. We perform regular site inspections to gauge and maintain the performance of each cleaner.
